Notes: ****Registered Nurse with at least two (2) years of experience working in a Level III NICU or Level IV (ECMO) NICU with intensive level of care admission criteria that includes ventilator support (mechanical, jet, oscillator), inotropic support or umbilical lines. Registered Nurse with at least two (2) years of experience working in a PICU with patients varying in age from newborn up to 21 years of age, with intensive level of care admission criteria that includes critical and invasive monitoring for life support therapy.****
