Notes: We are looking for a total of 2 RN's for the step down on this unit. Nurse to patient ratio in stepdown is 3:1. RN needs to have STEPDOWN/Tele as well as MS Experience. Must be able to start own IVs and have experience with telemetry. This is a critcal need.
